Absolutely. Most people who join start as beginners or with inconsistent experience. I’ll meet you exactly where you are, and together we’ll build a routine you can actually stick to. You don’t need prior knowledge - you just need to follow the system and show up.

Can I do this if I don’t have a gym membership?

Yes. While my system is optimized for the gym, I’ll also give you bodyweight and minimal-equipment routines if that’s where you’re starting. Some of my clients began with nothing more than resistance bands and a floor - and they still built an aesthetic body.
