I don’t have a lot of experience with training. Can I still get results?

Absolutely. Most people who join start as beginners or with inconsistent experience. I’ll meet you exactly where you are, and together we’ll build a routine you can actually stick to. You don’t need prior knowledge — you just need to follow the system and show up.

Can I do this if I don’t have a gym membership?

Yes. While my system is optimized for the gym, I’ll also give you bodyweight and minimal-equipment routines if that’s where you’re starting. Some of my clients began with nothing more than resistance bands and a floor — and they still built an aesthetic body.

I have a busy schedule and can’t spend hours in the gym. Will the coaching program work for me?

That’s exactly who it’s built for. The workouts are only 3 hours a week. Instead of grinding away 5–6 days, you’ll get better results with less time — because we’re cutting the fluff and focusing on what actually works.

How long does it take to build an aesthetic body? (How soon can I see results?)

Most clients start noticing visible changes within the first 6–8 weeks — things like fat dropping off, clothes fitting differently, and strength skyrocketing. No. Minimalist Training is designed to be simple and sustainable. That means short, effective workouts and a flexible diet approach that lets you still enjoy your favorite foods. No chicken-and-broccoli, no 2-hour workouts. Just a plan you can live with.
